Kim Harrison

Kim has been in the marketing research industry for nearly 20 years. She started the firm with nationwide qualitative recruiting and transcription and has guided the company through significant growth and achievement. Her strategy and vision evolved the firm’s transcription division into a human and technology blended solution for speech to text with the highest accuracy standards, and spans many industries, including a special expertise in marketing research. Her passion for client experience, and her exceptionally high-quality standards have grown the firm from a one-person start-up to a team of recruitment and transcription experts supporting market research clients.

Kim is an active member of the Insights Association, Wire, Wire Exec, QRCA, AMA & Esomar. She serves on the Executive Board of Directors of the Marketing Research Education Foundation. She has previously served on the board of the Philadelphia EO, EO Nerve Finance Chair, guest speaks for entrepreneurial classes at local colleges and at her alma mater.

Kim is a graduate of King’s College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a graduate of Georgetown University with a Master of Business Administration, emphasis in Finance. Prior to founding Focus Forward, she traded interest rate and currency derivatives for Deutsche Bank in NYC & London. When Kim is not dedicating her time to innovation and the firm’s technology development, her numerous passions include running outdoors, travel, and is the mom of two energetic boys.

Andrew Le Guelaff

Andrew has over 25 years of experience as the leader of highly successful global transformation initiatives and executer of complex technology roadmaps that shape the future of the financial services industry.  He has partnered with global strategy teams to create high-impact growth opportunities and address dynamic business challenges.

He has spent the last 10-years driving expansion of Citigroup’s Payments and Receivable technology footprint through Latin America, relocating for several years to facilitate driving Transformation in Mexico. In addition, Andrew has been instrumental in enabling of multiple Instant Payment implementations that have shaped the commerce landscape of multiple countries.

Earlier in Andrew’s career, he led numerous Technology Transformations globally, focused on the implementation of storage and enterprise cloud systems. During a multi-year assignment in Sydney, he directly managed the client relationship of Australia’s largest banks.

Late 2022 Andrew joined Focus Forward as COO at an exciting time, to transform the business and bring innovation to the firm. He will bring his years of management, operational and technological experience to propel Focus Forward to a new level of client engagement and services. Andrew enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and two young daughters, as well as constantly learning and adapting to new challenges. Andrew is always excited and available to mentor, as well as elevate teams and talent.

Jean Taylor

Jean has been a vital part of Focus Forward since it was founded in 2003. She has worn many hats as the firm grew from a few people to its current size. Her expertise has been invaluable in project management, accounting, training, and many other areas.  For the past 7 years, Jean’s role has emphasized building and maintaining client relationships.

Before joining Focus Forward, Jean spent the better part of her career in publishing. Her magazine, Moneytalk, helped its readers to make the most of their budgets. Jean ran all the magazine’s operations, gaining a wealth of experience with which she has served Focus Forward well in various roles. She brings broad experience from a range of marketing research areas.

Kerri Hagan

Kerri joined Focus Forward after rocking the retail industry, bringing her passion for customer service to the market research world. She is an expert on the research services offered by the Focus Forward basecamp, especially in project consultation and best methodologies. Kerri’s favorite part of her role is anticipating and exceeding her client needs. Kerri believes transparency is the key to successful client relations. She livens up the team with her energy, interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to establish lasting client relationships.  When she’s not serving her clients, you can find this Philadelphia Phanatic cheering on Philly sports teams, attending concerts and music festivals, or hiking the Wissahickon trail with her Boxer puppies, Simba and Cali.

Chris Goering

Chris joined Focus Forward in 2009 as a Database Manager and now oversees all technology initiatives across the firm. With his broad knowledge of operations, Chris can analyze user needs and suggest systems and processes that leverage technology to make operations run smoothly. Chris is a detail-oriented web developer and an experienced service integrator. He manages relationships with the technology providers leveraged within the Focus Forward environment.

When not at work, Chris enjoys exploring the Philadelphia region with his family and playing baseball by the rules of the 1860s.

Rachael Lynn

Rachael has been an active member of the marketing research industry for over a decade. Rachael’s direction has helped guide her client’s and the firm’s success throughout her career, which spans from project management to her current senior leadership role. Both strategic and tactical, Rachael has a special flair for understanding her client’s goals and knowing just the right approach to get the best recruits for each project. She project-consults, trains her team, and ensures our exceptional results. Rachael is an active member of the Insights Association, QRCA, and Wire. She serves on the selection committee for the recipients of the QRCA Young Professionals Grant, co-sponsored by Focus Forward, and on the Associate Board of Directors of the Marketing Research Education Foundation. Philanthropy has always been important to Rachael, so she is especially passionate about the mission and success of the MREF.  

When not overseeing the success of our clients and her team, she enjoys exploring local wineries and restaurants with her husband, Jeremy, and spending time with their Shorkie, Toby.

Kat Ramroop

Kat joined the Focus Forward family in 2015 as an Associate Project Manager, and with her knack for building great client relationships, moved up to Senior Project Manager in the qualitative team. Kat goes above and beyond to ensure a successful project for her clients. When there are bumps in the road, she works quickly to resolve the issue to get things back on track.

In her spare time, Kat enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and their dog, Ty. As Focus Forward’s resident foodie, she is always looking for new restaurants and has even traveled abroad to visit some of the world’s finest eateries!

Beth Slivka

Beth joined the Focus Forward team in 2022. With her wealth of experience from being in a phone room to being behind the glass she knows how to find the right respondents for the job.

When not managing project Beth loves to spend her time snowboarding on the slopes with her daughter.

Matthew Finley

Matthew started his career in the healthcare industry working as a District Support Professional and a supervisor of multiple residential homes. After 10 years of social work Matthew decided a career change was in order.  Fortuitously, a position at Focus Forward brought him to the world of market research.  Matthew started his career at Focus Forward and was very quickly promoted to Associate Project Manager.  Matthew’s eagerness to learn, agility and work ethic make him a valuable addition to the qualitative team.     Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 boys and their 2 dogs. He is also a huge sports fan and is the head coach of his son’s baseball team. He enjoys the outdoors, going to the beach, going to sporting events and hanging out with family and friends.
