Michelle Kitt

Michelle has been in the market research industry since 2014, starting as a client service representative. Since then, she has worn many hats including client service assistant manager, project support specialist and project manager. This has allowed her the opportunity to gain the knowledge of what goes into implementing a successful project from start to finish.

 When she’s not working, Michelle likes spending time with her family and friends taking road trips.  During the fall season, she enjoys apple picking at nearby orchards and rooting for her Minnesota Vikings #skol. 

Erika Fitzgerald

Erika joined Focus Forward in 2012.  Prior to joining Focus Forward, she worked at Heffler, Radetich, and Saitta and The Richardson Company.

Erika assists in the planning, direction, and coordinating of all accounting operational functions as well as any other special projects that come her way. 

Outside of Focus Forward, Erika enjoys running, tennis, volunteering, and most importantly spending time with her husband and three children. 

Chris Rosentreter

Shortly after graduating from Temple University, Chris joined the FFTranscription team at the start of 2018. Having spent time working in both the Qualitative and Transcription departments, Chris has gained a holistic view of the Market Research industry and how to best serve our clients’ needs. He has contributed to improving and automating both internal and external processes, and works closely with our transcribers to further develop their skillset.

Outside of work, Chris can commonly be found at his local dog park or cheering on the Broncos with his dog, Elway.

Lauren Costa

Lauren joined FFTranscription in 2019 as an Associate Project Manager. With a degree in graphic design, Lauren brings a distinctive creative flair to the team.  An enthusiastic “people person,” Lauren enjoys finding unique methods to interact with both her clients and colleagues alike.

 Outside of FFTranscription, Lauren enjoys spending time with her fiancé and four cats. Huge hockey fans, they can often be found attending Flyers and Phantoms games together.

Lauren also enjoys the artsy side of life and spends much of her free time repainting and/or repurposing different rooms or pieces of furniture around her house. 

Lauren Kerr

Lauren started with FFTranscription in 2021 as a proofreader after graduating from the University of Kansas. A year later, she was promoted to Associate Project Manager. Lauren’s attention to detail  ensures her project deliverables are best in quality. Clients and colleagues alike love her warm and welcoming personality.  Outside of work, Lauren enjoys reading and spending time with her family and dogs.

Alexander McMenamin

Xander has been with FFTranscription since 2016. Initially, he served as a Proofreader, but in 2020 transitioned to the role of Associate Project Manager. He has a keen eye for streamlining the process of formatting transcripts to ensure that whatever format a client requires for a project can be delivered as quickly as possible.

When away from work, Xander enjoys spending quality time watching movies with friends, even if they have been virtual watch-alongs of late, and listening to music.

Mary M. Conley
ODCP, CMC

Mary Conley is an accomplished Sr Human Resources, Talent & Organizational Development professional with over 20 years’ experience. She is certified in Organizational Development and a Certified Professional Coach. Mary has worked in the Pharmaceutical, finance/banking, retail, manufacturing, RPO, Government, Healthcare, and Service Industries.

Mary brings a diverse background in Human Resources.  Her areas of expertise include Talent & Performance Management, Leadership and Talent Development, and Organizational Development.  She is a certified Master Coach and Organizational Development Certified Professional (ODCP). 

Mary spends her time volunteering for Junior Achievement, Methacton School District’s Career Day, and is a coach for the local girls youth field hockey league.  She is also a member and Board Director for the Philadelphia Society of People & Strategy (PSPS).   And when she is not busy with work and volunteering, she enjoys spending time with friends, family and her 12yr old daughter. 

Jen Conca

Jen graduated from Radford University and worked in the retail space for 11 years as an account executive, buyer, sales, production and merchandising. Being a new member of the Focus Forward team, she is excited to be back working after 9 years staying home with her children.
For fun, Jen stays busy playing tennis, hanging out with her Catahoula pup Max, and working out. Most of her time is spent with her 2 kids, Leo-12 and Gigi-9.
