Doug Myers

A valued member of the Focus Forward Team, Doug began his career with Focus Forward as a Transcriber and Recruiter. Working his way upward, through every level of transcription services, he cultivated an intimate knowledge of all things transcription and project management, and was integral to the development of FFTranscriptions’s all-inclusive project management and FTP platform, TOPS. Doug helped us refine our programing and processes in qual and now brings this expertise into the Qualitative Department.

Outside of the office, Doug enjoys hiking and camping in the Pennsylvania wilderness, along with writing and performing blues, soul, and folk music in the Philadelphia area in a number of local bands and as a solo artist.

Anthony Freire

Anthony started his market research career as the Assistant Manager of Focus Suites of New York.  He then moved on to become a Project Coordinator at Consumer Centers of NY. Anthony joined Focus Forward as an Associate Project Manager in January of 2022. With over 10 years of market research experience, Anthony brings a wealth of knowledge and support to the project management team.

Anthony is a native New Yorker, residing in Queens, NY. He is an avid Mets, Giants, Rangers and Knicks fan.  When he is not working or cheering on his teams, he is exploring his Astoria neighborhood, playing Tetris and taking long drives.

Matthew Finley

Matthew started his career in the healthcare industry working as a District Support Professional and a supervisor of multiple residential homes. After 10 years of social work Matthew decided a career change was in order.  Fortuitously, a position at Focus Forward brought him to the world of market research.  Matthew started his career at Focus Forward and was very quickly promoted to Associate Project Manager.  Matthew’s eagerness to learn, agility and work ethic make him a valuable addition to the qualitative team.     Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 boys and their 2 dogs. He is also a huge sports fan and is the head coach of his son’s baseball team. He enjoys the outdoors, going to the beach, going to sporting events and hanging out with family and friends.

Matt Devine

Matt is our all knowledgeable guru of project management for both transcription and coding services. Beginning his career as a Transcription Support Specialist, he quickly climbed the ranks and is now Director of Transcription. Whether Matt is helping create innovative solutions for a client’s custom research needs or fitting their project into an existing service, he has an unwavering dedication to exceeding expectations in both quality and timelines. Outside of the office, Matt is an avid Philadelphia sports fan – Go Eagles! He enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Brittany, at sporting events and making their dog, Lucky, a true Philly fan too.

Chris Rosentreter

Shortly after graduating from Temple University, Chris joined the FFTranscription team at the start of 2018. Having spent time working in both the Qualitative and Transcription departments, Chris has gained a holistic view of the Market Research industry and how to best serve our clients’ needs. He has contributed to improving and automating both internal and external processes, and works closely with our transcribers to further develop their skillset.

Outside of work, Chris can commonly be found at his local dog park or cheering on the Broncos with his dog, Elway.

Lauren Costa

Lauren joined FFTranscription in 2019 as an Associate Project Manager. With a degree in graphic design, Lauren brings a distinctive creative flair to the team.  An enthusiastic “people person,” Lauren enjoys finding unique methods to interact with both her clients and colleagues alike.

 Outside of FFTranscription, Lauren enjoys spending time with her fiancé and four cats. Huge hockey fans, they can often be found attending Flyers and Phantoms games together.

Lauren also enjoys the artsy side of life and spends much of her free time repainting and/or repurposing different rooms or pieces of furniture around her house. 

Alexander McMenamin

Xander has been with FFTranscription since 2016. Initially, he served as a Proofreader, but in 2020 transitioned to the role of Associate Project Manager. He has a keen eye for streamlining the process of formatting transcripts to ensure that whatever format a client requires for a project can be delivered as quickly as possible.

When away from work, Xander enjoys spending quality time watching movies with friends, even if they have been virtual watch-alongs of late, and listening to music.

Mary M. Conley

Mary Conley is an accomplished Sr Human Resources, Talent & Organizational Development professional with over 20 years’ experience. She is certified in Organizational Development and a Certified Professional Coach. Mary has worked in the Pharmaceutical, finance/banking, retail, manufacturing, RPO, Government, Healthcare, and Service Industries.

Mary brings a diverse background in Human Resources.  Her areas of expertise include Talent & Performance Management, Leadership and Talent Development, and Organizational Development.  She is a certified Master Coach and Organizational Development Certified Professional (ODCP). 

Mary spends her time volunteering for Junior Achievement, Methacton School District’s Career Day, and is a coach for the local girls youth field hockey league.  She is also a member and Board Director for the Philadelphia Society of People & Strategy (PSPS).   And when she is not busy with work and volunteering, she enjoys spending time with friends, family and her 12yr old daughter. 

Jen Conca

Jen graduated from Radford University and worked in the retail space for 11 years as an account executive, buyer, sales, production and merchandising. Being a new member of the Focus Forward team, she is excited to be back working after 9 years staying home with her children.
For fun, Jen stays busy playing tennis, hanging out with her Catahoula pup Max, and working out. Most of her time is spent with her 2 kids, Leo-12 and Gigi-9.
