Doug Myers

A valued member of the Focus Forward Team, Doug began his career with Focus Forward as a Transcriber and Recruiter. Working his way upward, through every level of transcription services, he cultivated an intimate knowledge of all things transcription and project management, and was integral to the development of FFTranscriptions’s all-inclusive project management and FTP platform, TOPS. Doug helped us refine our programing and processes in qual and now brings this expertise into the Qualitative Department, as a Project Manager.

Outside of the office, Doug enjoys hiking and camping in the Pennsylvania wilderness, along with writing and performing blues, soul, and folk music in the Philadelphia area in a number of local bands and as a solo artist.

Michelle Kitt

Michelle has been in the market research industry since 2014, starting as a client service representative. Since then, she has worn many hats including client service assistant manager, project support specialist and project manager. This has allowed her the opportunity to gain the knowledge of what goes into implementing a successful project from start to finish.

When she’s not working, Michelle likes spending time with her family and friends, taking road trips. During the fall season, she enjoys apple picking at nearby orchards and rooting for her Minnesota Vikings. 

Anthony Freire

Anthony started his market research career as the Assistant Manager of Focus Suites of New York.  He then moved on to become a Project Coordinator at Consumer Centers of NY. Anthony joined Focus Forward as an Associate Project Manager in January of 2022. With over 10 years of market research experience, Anthony brings a wealth of knowledge and support to the project management team.

Anthony is a native New Yorker, residing in Queens, NY. He is an avid Mets, Giants, Rangers and Knicks fan.  When he is not working or cheering on his teams, he is exploring his Astoria neighborhood, playing Tetris and taking long drives.

Dipti Vasani

Dipti joined Focus Forward in 2018 as a recruiter and has worked her way up the ladder to associate project manager. Dipti brings a myriad of skills to the firm. Prior to joining Focus Forward Dipti held different roles in areas of Human Resources such as recruiter, business partner, training and development and employee engagement. She was also a professor at a Business Management School in her native country, India, where she served briefly as a Department Head; an experience that gave her great exposure on how to manage a small organization.

Dipti continues to follow her passion of teaching by volunteering at a Non-Profit Organization on the weekends. During her free time, she enjoys hiking and biking with family, loves listening to music and engaging in artistic activities.  Some words of wisdom Dipti lives by: “Preach what you Teach”, “The word impossible itself says I’M POSSIBLE”

Matthew Finley

Matthew started his career in the healthcare industry working as a District Support Professional and a supervisor of multiple residential homes. After 10 years of social work Matthew decided a career change was in order.  Fortuitously, a position at Focus Forward brought him to the world of market research.  Matthew started his career at Focus Forward and was very quickly promoted to Associate Project Manager.  Matthew’s eagerness to learn, agility and work ethic make him a valuable addition to the qualitative team.     Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 boys and their 2 dogs. He is also a huge sports fan and is the head coach of his son’s baseball team. He enjoys the outdoors, going to the beach, going to sporting events and hanging out with family and friends.

Kane McKeown

Kane joined the Focus Forward team in mid-2021 as a Qualitative Programmer. Through his previous experience in the financial and the public education sectors, he brings a mix of consumer knowledge, business acumen, and a keen eye for detail to his work programming online surveys.

In his free time, Kane enjoys reading fiction, playing games, running tabletop RPGs, and writing. Being a Yooper (that is, from Michigan’s Eastern Upper Peninsula), he does his best to take advantage of the short summer months by kayaking and hiking.

Joshua Cleveland

An experienced technical solutions provider within the market research industry, Josh has over fifteen years of experience structuring, programming and streamlining online market research studies both within the United States and abroad. Josh holds a master’s degree in a related field.

When not working Josh enjoys all things literature and spending time with his daughter.

Mark Mundy

Mark joined Focus Forward in 2009 and is well versed in all aspects of the Qualitative department. Over his long tenure, he has trained and supervised hundreds of our telephone recruiters and is an invaluable resource for the Qualitative team and our study participants. He is a firm believer in excellent customer service and works diligently to ensure strong and efficient processes are maintained for a smooth operation of our projects.

Mark is a true man of all seasons and takes full advantage of the various activities each offers. He enjoys skiing and a warm fire in winter, gardening and planting in the spring, and summer is beach and barbecue season. Year round, Mark plays Pickleball and is an avid swimmer.

Matt Devine

Matt is our all knowledgeable guru of project management for both transcription and coding services. Beginning his career as a Transcription Support Specialist, he quickly climbed the ranks and is now Director of Transcription. Whether Matt is helping create innovative solutions for a client’s custom research needs or fitting their project into an existing service, he has an unwavering dedication to exceeding expectations in both quality and timelines. Outside of the office, Matt is an avid Philadelphia sports fan – Go Eagles! He enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Brittany, at sporting events and making their dog, Lucky, a true Philly fan too.
