Michelle has been in the market research industry since 2014, starting as a client service representative. Since then, she has worn many hats including client service assistant manager, project support specialist and project manager. This has allowed her the opportunity to gain the knowledge of what goes into implementing a successful project from start to finish.
When she’s not working, Michelle likes spending time with her family and friends taking road trips. During the fall season, she enjoys apple picking at nearby orchards and rooting for her Minnesota Vikings #skol.
Since 2019, Oscar has been immersed in the field of market research, gaining experience in various roles such as Team Lead, Trainer, Project Assistant, and Project Manager. Throughout his career, he has developed skills in managing diverse clients, adhering to strict deadlines, and overseeing projects with varying specifications.
When not working, Oscar enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their dog, Fluffy.
Erika joined Focus Forward in 2012. Prior to joining Focus Forward, she worked at Heffler, Radetich, and Saitta and The Richardson Company.
Erika assists in the planning, direction, and coordinating of all accounting operational functions as well as any other special projects that come her way.
Outside of Focus Forward, Erika enjoys running, tennis, volunteering, and most importantly spending time with her husband and three children.
