Our team is your respondent concierge. We support your online research with all the aspects needed for your successful project. From the use of our hosting platform, we distribute links, onboard respondents and help everyone be a success in online qualitative. We will also transcribe the sessions if that is helpful to the research as an additional option.
- We will set up and distribute links
- Participants will be onboarded 15 minutes prior to the session, and we trouble shoot all tech issues that a respondent may have while joining
- Our team will assist the respondent and the moderator to get the session successfully started
- Hosting privileges will then be turned over to the moderator
- Our team shares the audio and video once the research is complete
