Project Manager, Qualitative Services
Full-Time • Remote
Salary Range: $65,000–$70,000 (based on experience)
Focus Forward is seeking an experienced and highly organized Qualitative Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee qualitative market research projects from kickoff through completion while managing Associate Project Managers and partnering closely with internal teams.
ABOUT THE ROLE
• The Qualitative Project Manager coordinates, monitors, and executes qualitative research projects to ensure client goals are met within specified timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and manage qualitative research projects end-to-end
• Serve as the daily point of contact for clients
• Set up and maintain project documentation and materials
• Monitor quotas to ensure efficient and accurate recruitment
• Oversee participant confirmations and incentive processes
• Track feasibility, monitor costs, and prepare final invoices
• Collaborate with Associate Project Managers and internal recruiting teams
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Prior qualitative market research experience required in a focus group facility or qualitative recruiting firm
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Fully remote position
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional evenings/weekends)
• Frequent interaction with internal teams and clients
