Steven has been in the market research industry for many years, starting as a mall intercept manager and progressing to the field department of research companies, independently running focus group facilities, as well as call/recruitment centers.
His hands-on experience in the market research supplier side as well as in field departments gives him a complete understanding of what is needed for successful research projects. He has successfully managed projects, large and small, domestically and internationally, both qualitative and quantitative in nature. He has experience with many research methodologies, including in-person and online.
In his free time, he enjoys volunteering in his community supporting the police foundation among other civic activities, and exploring the local history in the area (Alexandria, VA). Spending time with his family and friends is important to him as well.
