Full Time

  • Client Services Manager (Apply Here) (King of Prussia)
    We are currently seeking a full-time (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm) Client Services Manager. This position works in the qualitative division of Focus Forward and reports to the Executive Vice President. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Quote RFPs to outside clients. Cost requests come in via email or phone and this role will need to: speak with the client to clarify, quote the RFP & call the client to motivate them to use our services
    • Negotiate the project with the client to match the services we offer with what is needed for the job
    • Follow-up on proposals to win the projects by Client Services Manager and management
    • Become the in-house expert on the services we provide from an operational standpoint
    • Support the sales team on sales calls, new project calls and in-person meetings, as needed
    • Approval of final invoice on bid projects
    • Deliver a high level of customer service to all clients, anticipating and exceeding their needs
    • Regular outreach to existing and potential clients

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
    • A history of roles that have decision making regarding proposals and cost requests
    • Proven experience in successful negotiation
    • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
    • Experience with Zoho or another CRM
    • BA/BS from an accredited university or college
    • 5+ years in a management role, involving a high level of client communication
    • Market research experience a plus, but not required

  • Business Development Manager (Apply Here) (Remote in U.S.)

    The Business Development Manager will develop and expand Focus Forward and Panel Direct’s pipeline for future growth through new business opportunities. This position will be responsible for communicating and selling the firm’s four product lines: nationwide qualitative recruiting, online panel, transcription and coding.

    This position will work remotely from any location in the U.S.

    Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

    • Build strong relationships with potential, current and past customers through initial phone meetings and prospecting
    • Prospect, qualify and bring on new accounts
    • Utilize CRM to effectively track and analyze outreach and client performance
    • Work effectively with operations in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures
    • Actively participate in pre-sales and marketing planning meetings with internal teams
    • Assist in the implementation of direct marketing campaigns to drive additional sales
    • Track and report sales production results and statistics on a weekly basis

    Desired Skills and Expertise:

    • 2+ years in qualitative or quantitative market research sales experience
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
    • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
    • Process and goal driven with an ability to multi-task
    • Ability to identify new business opportunities from the ground up, through sustained and consistent tele-prospecting
    • Creative and focused problem solving skills
    • Experience with a CRM

  • Market Research Project Manager (Apply Here) (King of Prussia)
    We are currently seeking a full-time (Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm) Project Manager to oversee market research projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Coordinating, monitoring and executing market research project activity to meet our clients’ project goals within a specified time period
    • Project set up and maintenance
    • Daily client contact involving updates, phone and e-mail contact. This role is heavily involved in client contact on each specific project
    • Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
    • Monitoring internal project costs and feasibility throughout fielding
    • Oversight of internal recruiting team assigned to your projects

    Experience Required

    • Project management experience in related industry preferred, but not required
    • Exceptional detail orientation
    • Excelling in a results driven, fast paced, deadline oriented environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010, with emphasis on Excel skills
    • Excellent ability to multi-task

      We have immediate part time openings for individuals who will be making outbound calls to candidates being recruited for Focus Groups. You must be computer literate and be able to read specific questions to the candidates which you will record on questionnaires. Part time hours can vary from 10am to 8pm Monday through Thursday, and 10am to 5pm on Friday. College students welcome.

      Requirements:
      * Comfortable using a computer with Microsoft Windows
      * Excellent communication skills
      * Familiarity with Microsoft Office

    • Proofreader (2) (Apply Here) (King of Prussia)

    We are seeking a part-time (Monday, Thursday & Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm) Proofreader to join our Transcription Department.  The responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to experience in:

    • Proofread Microsoft Word document transcripts for accuracy against an audio file
    • Transcribe notes for market research interviews via phone line, streaming video/audio or recorded audio
    • Review applicant test submissions and assist in hiring independent contractors
    • Provide feedback via email to transcribers
    • Position requires work onsite in our Wayne, PA office

    The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

    • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
    • Superb attention to details
    • Mastery of the English language, including both punctuation and grammar rules
    • Self-motivated, proactive, "can-do" attitude
    • Ability to work independently
    • Must have a working computer with high-speed Internet access to work from home, as needed
    • Associates Degree preferred; work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
    • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in Spanish is preferred but not required

     

    We are seeking a part-time (Wednesday, Thursday, & Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm) Spanish & English Proofreaderto join our Transcription Department.  The responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to experience in:

    • Review accuracy of Spanish to English, English to Spanish, and Spanish to Spanish documents.
